Order Processing

Each candle is meticulously crafted by hand and tailored to your specific order. We will begin processing your order within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends, public holidays, and shipping times) upon receiving your order confirmation. For larger orders or during periods of high demand or sales, please anticipate an additional 2-3 business days for preparation.

Standard and Express international shipping prices are calculated at checkout based on the order's destination country and the weight of your package.

Order Tracking

You will receive tracking details via email once your order is dispatched (please check your spam folder if you can't locate it). Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become accessible. It is essential to confirm the accuracy of your shipping address.
In case the parcel remains uncollected, is refused at the designated address, or is returned to the sender, please note that new postage charges will apply for resending.
If you encounter any delivery issues or if your order hasn't arrived within 15 business days from the date of your shipping confirmation email, kindly reach out to us at, providing your name and order number.

Return & Refunds

All of our items are custom-made and with personalised scent and colour combinations. As a result, we are unable to accept refunds pr exchanges for any reason, except in cases where the items are found to be damaged, defective, or not in compliance with Australian consumer law.

Damages & Defects

Please note that every candle and wax melt is meticulously crafted by hand. Consequently, there may be slight variations in the actual color and appearance of the products. It's important to note that natural wax frosting or minor air bubbles might be present. These do not qualify as defects.

Also, due to the delicate nature of our candles, there are instances when items might incur damage during postage and handling, particularly if they experience a drop in transit or extreme heat and weather conditions.

For orders shipped by Australia Post, please contact them directly to file a damage report. Only the person whom the item is addressed can present the item as stated in their policy. See here for more information.

For orders shipped by Sendle, please contact us at along with images of the damaged goods, within 14 days from the date of receiving your order.
Sendle requires the photo to include all original packaging, he parcel label (clearly showing the Sendle reference number, for example: S3NDL3R), and the damaged item. See here for further information.


Once your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed using your original payment method. Please bear in mind that the processing of the refund by your bank or credit card company might also require some time.
